FINALLY... A WEEKEND UPDATE |      |

Anywho, this was a very busy weekend for me. The big thing, of course, was the alumni marching band which I participated in for this past weekend's football game. Despite some rough goings, I had a pretty good time, especially in the stands, just playing uncontrollably! Plus, some of the young clarinet players were asking me to show them how to make some of my patented squawking noises. Teaching them my bad habits, as some of my friends put it. So, in the end, I got to corrupt young girls, and isn't that all that matters?!? ;p
During the time off from playing, and corrupting young minds, I spent a good bit of time at Rhombus's place, poolside. Yeah, he also came into town for the alumni band, and his parents have a pool at their place, so we took advantage of the warm weather and swam both Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Well, I got a little sunburnt from all of it, plus I have these sores on my fingertips. You see, the cement around the pool's edge was kinda sharp, and I held on to the side a good bit when in the deep end, so now I got these cuts underneath my skin on my fingertips. It really sucks, but at least they've started to heal. So, in a couple of days, I should be as good as new! The most important thing, though, is that we all had a fun time.
Well, I'll write some more tomorrow. It's getting late, and I've got to get to sleep. Got a big doubles racquetball match tomorrow, and I plan on winning! Later!
