Time to lay the randomness down! Here we go!

1) I've been having some problems with my singing voice lately... it keeps cracking when I sing! I hope whatever it is clears up soon!

2) I've got my Christmas tree up, but I still need to put the ornaments on!

3) Big Rog keeps trying to eat my Christmas tree! My supervisor at work said I should put some tinsel on the tree, so that I can have a festive litter box!

4) I've gotten back into play Super Mario Galaxy 2... I'm half way through total completion!

5) It's taking a bit longer to get the new section of the website up and running... but it is better to get it right!

6) I just heard something crash in my house... Red looks guilty, but I can't find anything out of place! WTF?

7) I have a really weird head pain right now... whenever I look up, the area above my right eye hurts! Hope it's nothing serious!

8) This upcoming weekend is going to be weird... For the first time in 15 weeks, I won't be going to a football game!

9) Speaking of football, congrats to my Tigers for making the state championship! Unfortunately, the team we played was on an unreal level... I've never seen anything like that team in all my years of watching high school football!

10) I found out that the project at work may run another four months! Noooooo! I just want it to be over!!!

11) It is nice to hear from old friends!

12) Man, am I tired! Time to lie on the couch and pass out to some TV! Jaattebayo!

Remember what I just said about God staying involved? Well, my cousin had said that if I didn't hear back on my job app within 24 hours, to reapply. So I was gonna go to their office to reapply...
Only just now, a week after submitting the first app, they called me to schedule an interview! O_o So I scheduled for Monday 1330; thaty'll give my brother time to bring my dress pants & belt up when he visits this weekend... or, failing that, I'll still have time to go buy what I need.

So I'm all hyper now, heh. I'm sure I'm overreacting; I mean, I still have to be looking for a 'real'/better job, but I'll run with this as far as God cares to take me.

In the interim, I'll be fighting with my computer, trying to figure out why this hard drive I'm trying to add keeps making the system refuse to boot! ( grar. )
And my sound card on that same system is also still inexplicably offline, so that will need fixing as well.

KK, time to go spread the good news elsewhere... :)

Ugh. Wow. So: As much as I enjoy living off the grid, apparently it's a real pain trying to get back on, even for a little.

Today's example: I went to open a checking account, because I'm going to need on in order to cash paychekcs once I get to have those again. Plus, paying with a debit card makes getting gas easier/faster--but I digress.

Turns out they need two forms of ID, and SocSec card or birth certificate are only considerd a "form of ID" if I'm a minor or disabled. I didn't think about this at all when I was packing stuff up to take out here with me, so I left all my bank statements behind. Turns out that a recent bank statement counts as a form of ID... so now I'm making my brother bring one when he comes out ot visit this weekend.

It's kinda weird... I'm accusing myself of slacking (because I am) but when I do go to get something done, God makes me wait even longer! It gets confusing sometimes. :/

Still gotta make myself find a job, blargh. Anyone know of IT/tech temp angencies out here in Columbus?

Aight ya'll, looks like I'm set up decently in Columbus now. Still in a basement, but at least this one's carpeted, hahaha.

Have been spending a lot of time shopping and cleaning. Now I just have to get a checking account, replace a couple parts on my van, and then GO FIND A JOB. Grr. I suppose that first I should find a job-hunting-skills counselor-type person/place/thing? Well, FIRST-first I need to find out if my cousin ever got my job app.

Now that I'm staritng to get into a routine, I hope to be able to post updates here somewhat regularly.
