Greetings, my faithful followers! I just wanted to update everyone real quick while I had a free minute. The new phone definitely makes it easier to post a quick update! But anywho, I know that last month, I was not on here very often to post new blogs and content, and the visit logs reflected my negligence. Last month ended up being our worst month since the 2007 relaunch. I know that these numbers were because of me not being on posting new stuff. So this month, I am pledging to you all that there will be at least four posts a week on the main blogs, and I will be increasing my activities on the forums to post even more content there. Hopefully, this will get more visits on the site. Also, I would like to encourage all of you to spread the word about this site. I'm hoping that we can get this place hopping once again! I'll be getting back into the old groove tonight, with a brand new WTF Video, and maybe some other content. Stay tuned!!! -- TG |

Well, the update is complete. I now have the new YouTube video scripts active site-wide. So, whether you look at a video on my blog, or the forum, you should now see the videos being displayed in the wide-screen format, with the ability to adjust the video to full-screen size, as well as switch the resolution up to 480p, if the video allows for it. One video I was saving for this change has now been posted to the Anime/Manga forum. It's called "Clan Warfare! Pwnage?", and it is best viewed in full-screen mode in 480p. It is classified as an AMV, but it's actually a crossover fanfic that is shown comic book-style, instead of just text. Add in the video elements, and it's a fun must-see for anime fans. Hey all. I just wanted to let everyone know I'm still alive. I have had some rough patches personally over the past few weeks, and it's distracted me enough from posting on here. I have been posting some stuff in the forums, so if you haven't been there in a while, stop over there and check out some of the topics I've put up. I would like to mention a couple things real quick also. First, on July 15th, we finally had our 10,000th visitor! Now, this count is just from the relaunch in August of 2007, not the initial launch back in December of 2001, but still this is a nice little milestone. Also, if you haven't noticed yet on the blog pages with videos, I've begun modifying some of the YouTube video scripts so that the videos on this site will now display in widescreen format as seen on YouTube, and you can now make the videos full-screen! I will be adding this change to the forum section as well very soon. The changes to the forum are a bit more involved than the blog changes, so be patient. Thanks to all who kept visiting in my absence. I will try to post more regularly in the upcoming weeks. -- TG |
