Well, as promised, here is my "TGBob.com Year In Review". This is just supposed to give all y'all a rundown of how the site did, in regards to visits, comments, and such. Overall, I'm very pleased with how popular the site actually was! For being a blog site for a completely unfamous individual, having the amount of hits we did is pretty impressive. We didn't keep the stats for the first few days after the relaunch, but with the stats we did collect, it looks like the site would have been on pace to have around 4300 page hits! And that's not counted when people look at different pages in the site. That figure is counted only once, when the site is first brought up.

So yeah, I'm happy about the number of hits for this first few months of the new site. The one thing I am disappointed about is the number of members. Twenty is a nice amount, but a lot of those are holdovers from the old site, and all but five (myself included) have been active on the new site. So, there are several "dead" accounts sitting around. This year, I plan on purging some of the old accounts, as there are also a couple duplicates and test accounts in the list, and trying to get some of the older members aware of the new site.

Well, 2007 is almost a distant memory. It has gone by so fast! That must mean I am getting old or something. Speaking of getting old, I turned 28 today! Yay, and nothing is really going on for my b-day... except for the whole ball-dropping thing.

As of right now, I'm not sure if I have plans or not. I'm probably going to be going out to get a bite to eat, as I had gotten a $25 Applebee's gift card. Might as well put it to some good use! Tomorrow is when a bunch of stuff will be happening, as I have the day off, and so does everybody else! Yes, I had to work today, so that sucked. I did get off early, but it was still a drag to have to work on a holiday/birthday. Oh well. Anywho, we're going to have a small b-day celebration at my aunt's house tomorrow. She is going to be baking a cake, as well as having the traditional New Year's food.

Tomorrow, I will be posting a "TGBob.com Year in Review". It will just summarize some of the stuff that has happened on the site this year, like visitation stats and the like.

Since it is Monday, I would normally post a WTF video. I don't have one ready for today. With the holidays, work, b-day, and everything else, I have not had time to do searching for some videos. I will have a double-feature next week to kick off the new year, and I will be posting the monthly WTF poll in a little bit. There won't be as much time to vote on this one, as probably either Wednesday or Thursday, I will be posting the poll for 2007 WTF video of the year. So, I guess that's something to look forward to!

One last thing. Since we will be going into a new year, I've decided to post an "Official" weekly schedule of events for this site. This is just pretty much what you can expect each day of the week to be posted on this site. It is as follows:

Monday: WTF Video of the Week
Wednesday: Randomness
Friday: Featured Game of the Week

I will add to this schedule as I get more ideas. Eventually, I will finally be getting video blogs up here, so stay tuned for that.
