Wow, it's been almost a month since I've posted anything on here! Not just a lack of real blog post (drink), but anything, period! But I wouldn't say I've been slacking. So here's what's going on. I have been spending time on the site, just more behind the scenes. No, not lurking. I've actually been doing a heavy amount of work on Version 3! I'm hoping to have the beta ready for testing sometime either this week or next, but I am hoping that everybody will be blown away by what I have for y'all! I know I'm excited, as I've got some huge changes in the works, and I'm more excited to hear your feedback on them all. I'm hoping you will enjoy it! What else is going on? I don't know... Well, next month, my sister is getting married, so I've got to get prepped for a wedding here soon. I'm hoping to lose a bit more weight before I get down to NC for the ceremony. What else... I dunno... I'm drawing a blank. _______________________ See? That's a picture of a blank! I drew it myself! Yeah, I've got nothing. I was more or less wanting to tell everybody that I'm not dead. OK, quick ping again. Car got back from the shop, just a water pump. 200+tax for that & serpentine belt was still less than the 300 I'd projected. Yay. Also, was gonna host a Shadowrun game this weekend, but half of the players can't make it after all, so that's getting postponed. Shame, too, because we figured out a sweet run this time--not part of the canon campaign, but it's fallout from events earlier in a canon session so it needs to happen! ^_^ So I guess we're just saving that for a later weekend sometime. In the meantim,e I have to find a way to make dinner..... <_< Oh, and apparently our faucet broke, finally. It's been loose even after someone came to fix it... now there's just a tiny post sticking up where the handle used to be. This'll be interesting >_< I'm about halfway through re-reading book 6 of the Wheel of About Bloody Time... other than that, not much going on out here. Hopefully the car will stay together for a while this time! :) |
