  The main forum page says how many topics are in a given subject, but not when the last post was. Mebbe its just me, but I'd rather not keep track of how many subjects there were last time (and what if someone posts a reply but not a new subject?). I'd rather not have to check every subject just to see that noone's posted since last time I visited.
This shouldn't be too diff to code, since you've got about half of that code done already.. and leave it where its at ('last reply', know what I'm saying?), just add it also to the main page.

I'll try to come up with some more stuff later. Don't work too hard ;)
