  So, I wanted to get everybody's opinion on what you think of the new site changes. These include the forum, side panel, new search options, etc. Let me know if you have any suggestions!

  Looks good so far, but I think the "Forum" and "Blog Search" sections on the right need more-similar interfaces or something.

Clicking "Forum" for the forum makes perfect sense, but is a little less intuitive that opening the "Blog Search" dropdown and then clicking "Search" (w/o changing any parameters) will get you back to the usual page-of-blogs.

Of course, maybe that's just me as I never used the 'blog search' stuff much...

I do like the dropdowns, though! :: thumbs-up ::

  I like that idea... that will take care of my whole "what to do with wasted space" issue on the main forum page, as there would no longer be any need for a main forum page!

One other thing I need to do.... once you go into the forum, there's no way to return to my blogs (a.k.a. main section of website) without either doing a blog search or hitting the back button numerous times. I need to put a "RETURN TO BLOG" link in the side panel.
