Greetings, music fans, and welcome to part two of a special two-part WTF Video of the Week! This video is the one I actually wanted to post, but had to set it up with the previous video. (So, make sure you watch that one before watching this one!) Anywho, most people would view that yappy dog and hear absolute random craziness. However, one person listened to that dog and heard music, to the point of writing a jazz piece based on the dog's WTF-worthy barks.
